2011-12-09 [Talos Cyrion]: It's going to be restructured, so here's the skinny: The Old Empire has been torn apart by a civil war, the Emperor and most of his family where slain in the ensuing violence. The power vacum that ensued has left the nine remaining provinces at odds with each other. Ullari rules from the old capitol having claimed it as his own and banished his older brother to the island of Formosa.

Ullari's goal: Restore the old Empire with him at its head, bring to heal the younger mortal races, and drive out the remaining elder dragons that the old war didn't kill.

Lomien's goal: Restore the old Empire with the rightful heir, a princess named Arelie, as its' leader, and re-establish the High elves as a dominant force in the world.

The Dragons recognize that theirs is a waning part in the grand scheme of the world, and are for the most part neautral.

The younger races see the disunity of the Elves as a chance to strike and this brings issues of its own.

Ok not so brief....but that's the basic plot haha
